…is certainly a childhood memory for many people who used to come here with their parents and now come with their own children. And for those who, thirty years ago, spent their school-skipping afternoons right here. It is the same unchanged taste for almost 50 years. Our ice cream shop is family. It is our attachment to our grandmother’s recipe — not forgetting it, but continuing to develop it. It is also freshly made ice cream, produced on an ongoing basis, which we never store or sell again. It is the possibility to taste flavours before buying them. It is also the distinctive location, the brown stairs, and the view of the statue of St Florian. Our ice cream shop is a place with which local residents identify — those who remember its beginnings, the four basic flavours, and the deep, old, round ice cream tubs.
