The company is using the results of nutritional and clinical research acquired under a license agreement with the Poznan University of Life Sciences. In order to put into production the new products resulting from the research project of the consortium "Bioactive Food" under the guidance of the Poznan University of Life Sciences, the company is building an innovative machine to produce vegetable and fruit juices with great non-nutritive effects on consumer health.
Currently, Vianat has a prototype of a health-promoting product. The product was made from chokeberry juice extracted through a special process, ensuring a higher content of polyphenolic compounds. High in fiber, rich in polyphenols from chokeberries and betaine from beet.
