Synthos S.A.Synthos S.A. Capital Group is one of the largest producers of chemical raw materials in Poland. The company is the first manufacturer of emulsion rubbers in Europe and the third European manufacturer of polystyrene for foaming. The company supplies technologically advanced products of the highest quality.

The company's value growth strategy, implemented by the Management Board of Synthos S.A., involves strengthening its position in the core business areas of production of synthetic rubbers, polystyrenes and dispersions, carried out in subsidiaries: Synthos Dwory 7 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka jawna, Synthos Kralupy a.s. and Synthos PBR s.r.o..

The most intensive development is planned in the area of rubbers. Growth in this area is planned by expanding the portfolio with new grades of specialized rubbers, used in tires with higher strength parameters, which will meet the new requirements of the European Union and other countries.

Expanding the product range will require securing raw materials. This will be served by projects in the area of bio-petrochemicals for alternative sourcing of butadiene, the main raw material for rubber production.

The strategy is to develop the portfolio of other product groups as well, with particular emphasis on plastics used in thermal insulation.

In 2014. The company decided to enter a new area of activity, i.e. the production and sale of plant protection products, acquiring shares in the Experimental Plant "Organika" in Nowa Sarzyna and buying the rights to market plant protection products, biocides and other products from the Chemical Plant "Organika - Azot" S.A. in Jaworzno. The development of the new business is handled by Synthos Agro Sp. z o.o., which sells plant protection products and biocides, while aiming to obtain its own permits issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and permits from the Ministry of Health for the purchased products.
