Małopolski Urząd WojewódzkiThe Malopolska Voivodship Office in Krakow ensures that the Malopolska Voivode performs the tasks resulting from the Voivode's function:
- representative of the Council of Ministers in the province;
- head of governmental joint administration in the province;
- organ of governmental joint administration in the province;
- a supervisory body over the activities of local government units and their associations;
- a higher level authority within the meaning of the Administrative Procedure Code Act;
- a representative of the State Treasury, to the extent and on the terms specified in separate laws;
- a body obliged to ensure the management of State Treasury real estate in the province in a manner consistent with the principles of sound management;
- a government administration body in the province, whose jurisdiction includes all matters of government administration in the province not reserved in separate acts to the jurisdiction of other bodies of this administration.
