Customer Problem
1. Fragmented supply chains – Many medical equipment producers and healthcare providers in Ukraine face disrupted or incomplete value chains. ProMedMan helps rebuild and connect these chains through partnerships, reindustrialization, and EU integration. 2. Lack of modern medical devices – Hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and patients often lack access to innovative prosthetics, orthoses, and rehabilitation tools. Cluster members develop and deliver modern solutions tailored to European standards. 3. Limited access to international markets and funding – SMEs in medical devices struggle to reach EU partners and investors. ProMedMan provides networking, consulting, and matchmaking with European clusters, consortia, and funding programs (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, COSME). 4. Insufficient support for inclusive healthcare – Employers and institutions often lack tools to create inclusive workplaces and adapt to the needs of employees with disabilities or after rehabilitation. Cluster members offer ready-made practices, consulting services, and innovations to foster inclusive employment. 5. Gap between R&D, production, and commercialization – Many Ukrainian innovations remain at the prototype stage without scaling. ProMedMan supports commercialization, investor engagement, and integration of startups into production systems. 6. Lack of systemic consulting for SMEs – Enterprises often do not have access to professional guidance in HR, business strategy, and internationalization. The cluster provides consulting, training, and mentoring services to strengthen SMEs and align them with EU best practices.
