Build the Next Generation of European 5P Medicine Innovation Consortia
Are you developing an innovative solution in Predictive, Preventive, Personalised, Participatory and Precision Medicine (5P Medicine)?
The InnoMedCatalyst project invites innovative companies, start-ups, SMEs, research organisations and healthcare innovators to participate in a unique European consortium-building programme designed to accelerate the development of collaborative innovation projects in 5P Medicine.
If you have an innovative technology, expertise or healthcare solution and are looking for complementary partners to bring your innovation to the next level, this Open Call is for you.
Rather than providing direct financial support, InnoMedCatalyst offers a structured pathway to help innovators build strong multidisciplinary consortia, refine their value proposition and prepare competitive project concepts for future European funding opportunities (including the I3 Instrument and Horizon Europe).

We are seeking early-stage collaborative project ideas that address challenges or opportunities in Predictive, Preventive, Personalised, Participatory and Precision Medicine (5P Medicine).
Applicants should already have the foundation of a collaborative consortium and demonstrate a clear ambition to develop a competitive European project concept.

The InnoMedCatalyst consortium-building programme will support selected applicants in expanding their partnerships, strengthening their project concept and developing a competitive interregional consortium.
Applications are welcome from consortia consisting of at least two independent organisations from two different regions; one of the organization needs to be established in one of the following InnoMedCatalyst regions:

The programme particularly encourages multidisciplinary partnerships combining research, healthcare, industry and innovation support organisations.
The Open Call follows a collaborative innovation pathway designed to transform individual innovations into competitive European project consortia.
Submit your organisation, technology, expertise or innovation challenge through the Life Science Open Space Platform until August 31st. Participation is free of charge and does not provide direct funding.
Applications will be assessed based on innovation excellence, relevance to 5P Medicine and their potential to contribute to multidisciplinary European collaborations.
Up to 15 organisations will be selected to participate in the consortium-building programme.
Selected participants will take part in targeted matchmaking activities to identify complementary partners from industry, research organisations, healthcare providers and technology developers.
Participants will work together to define common objectives, develop integrated solutions and establish competitive European consortia.
Each consortium will receive up to 20 hours of dedicated mentoring, including support on:
Consortia will prepare a mature collaborative proposal outline that can later be expanded into a full application for a suitable European funding call (including Horizon Europe and the I3 Instrument).

InnoMedCatalyst is an Interregional Innovation Investments (I3) project that strengthens regional innovation ecosystems in precision and personalised medicine. The project supports start-ups, SMEs, healthcare providers and research organisations in developing investment-ready digital health and precision medicine solutions through collaboration, mentoring and international partnerships.
By connecting innovators across regions, InnoMedCatalyst aims to accelerate the commercialisation of healthcare innovation while creating sustainable European value chains in 5P Medicine.
