In our latest article, we explore the Technology Domain, one of the four domains of the CIMIT methodology implemented in the  #VRHealthChampions  project to support the development and assessment of XR healthcare innovations.

From AI Algorithms and anonymised medical data to AR-Headset Technologies, interoperability, and medical navigation software, the Technology Domain focuses on the technical foundations needed to bring innovative solutions into real healthcare settings.

The article also highlights how collaboration between SMEs, hospitals, universities, and research organisations across Europe helps accelerate innovation and prepare XR solutions for real-world adoption.
