Here is a detail on the different sections and compulsory information requested to all applicants. 

All applications must be submitted exclusively through the Life Science Open Space platform. 

To be considered in the selection process, applications must fulfil the eligibility criteria of the 

program, which are the following: 

● MedTech and Healthtech: all the companies must be in the field of Digital 5P 

Medicine (preventive, personalized, participatory, predictive, precision) 

● Startups, spinoffs and innovative SMEs: all the companies must fall into one of these 

categories

● Geographical scope: all applications must be submitted by teams based in the partners’ 

countries participating in the project: Italy, Belgium, Greece, Romania, Spain, Poland, 

Bulgaria, Portugal

● Innovation maturity level: Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 

companies/technology must be between 4 (proof of feasibility) and 6 (Initial clinical 

trials), both included.
