Healthcare innovation does not happen in isolation. It needs the right partners at every stage.

The second Clusters4Health Brokerage Event will focus on advancing healthcare innovation and product development across European and Ukrainian health innovation ecosystems.

Turning healthcare ideas into validated, implementable products and services requires more than a good concept. It requires access to expertise, research infrastructure, clinical validation environments, technology partners, healthcare providers, funding opportunities and organisations that can help bring solutions closer to the market. This event is designed to connect stakeholders interested in collaboration across the healthcare innovation and product development pathway — from early concepts and prototypes to testing, implementation and scaling.

During the event, participants will take part in a structured matchmaking session, allowing them to engage in a series of pre-scheduled 1-to-1 meetings with carefully selected partners. Whatever type of partner or collaboration you are looking for, this event provides a platform to identify relevant organisations and explore opportunities for further cooperation.  

The event will be held online via the Life Science Open Space (LSOS) platform, providing a dedicated environment for matchmaking, meeting scheduling and follow-up interactions.

How to join and use matchmaking – step by step
1️⃣ Register for the event

Register for the event via the LSOS platform and complete your participant profile.

2️⃣ Answer the matching questions

As part of the registration, you will be asked a few matching questions about:

  • the type of organisation you represent,

  • what your organisation offers,

  • what kind of partners and opportunities you are looking for.

These answers are important because they help generate relevant matchmaking suggestions. You can update your answers later if needed.

3️⃣ Browse participants

Once registered, go to the participant list and explore other profiles to see:

  • who is participating,

  • what they offer,

  • what they are looking for.

4️⃣ Arrange a 1-to-1 meeting

You can schedule meetings in two ways:

Option 1 – via the Participants tab Go to the Participants section and click “Meeting” next to the person you would like to meet. A calendar will appear, allowing you to choose an available time slot.

Option 2 – via Networking → 1-on-1 Meetings Go to Networking, open 1-on-1 Meetings, and use the timetable view. Select any available time slot — the platform will highlight participants who are available at that time.

5️⃣ Wait for confirmation

You will receive an email notification for each meeting request. A meeting is confirmed only after the other participant accepts your invitation. You can also include a short message when sending a meeting request, if needed.

6️⃣ Join the matchmaking session

During the event, follow your personal meeting schedule on the platform and join your meetings at the planned times.

7️⃣ Use the support room if needed

A support room will be available throughout the matchmaking session in case you need help with the platform, your meetings or any technical issues.
